At Parrish Creek Veterinary Clinic,
we make available the personalized veterinary care your pet needs. As a
modern veterinary hospital, we have diagnostic and surgical
capabilities exactly like a human hospital. We seek an accurate
diagnosis before prescribing treatment. Ultrasound, endoscopy,
radiology, and an in-house laboratory all help to provide rapid
results to aid a proper diagnosis. Many surgical procedures, under
strict sterile technique, can be performed in our modern surgical
suite. For the comfort and safety of your pet, anesthesia is
administered and monitored carefully by trained doctors and
technicians.
Physical Exam
- At the center of our wellness programs is a complete 12 body
system exam. Most pets need an exam yearly, with seniors and those
with certain conditions like heart disease requiring more frequent
visits. This allows us to detect disease in its earliest stages
and make recommendations to give your loved friend the best
quality of life. We’ll even give you a report card detailing your
pet’s exam results.
Dentistry - Periodontal disease, or mouth infection, is
the most common infectious disease in dogs, cats, and ferrets.
80% will have problems by age three. We provide complete
dental service including endodontics (root canals). Regular dental
care will significantly lengthen your pets’ lives, make them
happier, and help prevent heart, liver, and kidney disease.
Boarding - We provide boarding as a convenience to our
clients. Our animal
care staff is committed to providing an enjoyable experience while
boarding. Grooming and other services can be performed while
boarding. To protect your pet and all others in the hospital, we
require current vaccinations for boarding. Drop off and pick up
times are available anytime we are open, which is from 8:00 to
6:00 Monday through Friday. We are closed on certain Holidays.
Call for more information. We provide boarding for Dogs, Cats,
Birds, Exotics and Reptiles.
Birds and Exotics - In addition to dogs and cats, our
staff has extensive experience caring for birds and exotic pets. Dr.
Folland is Board Certified as an Avian
Specialist and has been Staff Veterinarian for Tracy Aviary
for over 15 years. We understand the unique needs of exotic pets and
provide in-depth education on their special care.
